A novel form of GABA bonded to a type of Niacin or Vitamin B-3. Unlike GABA it readily passes the blood brain barrier to raise brain levels of GABA.*

 

GABA is one of the main inhibitory neurotransmitters that regulates stress and sleep. People who have low levels (or underactive receptors) are more likely to have poor sleep, stress, anxiety, problems focusing, nervous, and depression.

Other Ingredients: microcrytalline cellulose.

 

Dosage

 

50 mg taken 1-3 times a day. For more potent or stimulating effects 100-150 mg can be taken 1-3 times a day.

 

 

 

Interactions

 

It is not to be used with any compounds that increase cerebral blood flow (some but not all examples are vinpocetine, hydergine, ginkgo biloba), if you have any serious medical conditions, or are on prescription drugs without your doctors advice.
